Which DS models are covered?
Factory build data is available for DS 3, DS 4, DS 5, DS 7 and DS 9, among others. Coverage varies by model year and delivery market — the free preview confirms availability for your exact VIN before you pay.
My car is badged Citroën DS — is it covered here?
Yes — earlier DS models sold under the Citroën badge share the same build records as the standalone DS brand. Enter your reg or VIN and the free preview identifies the correct make automatically.
How are DS option codes formatted?
Each factory-fitted option is recorded against your VIN as a short code with DS's own description. The build sheet lists them all, including packages and market-specific equipment.
Do I need the VIN, or will the UK reg work?
Either works. For UK-registered cars the reg is enough — we resolve the VIN automatically. For imports or unregistered vehicles, use the 17-character VIN.
Is service history available for DS?
Not currently — the Service History add-on covers selected manufacturers only. For DS, the Factory Specification PDF is available on its own. See pricing for details.
Where does the data come from?
Directly from official manufacturer build records, keyed to your VIN — the same data a franchised DS dealer sees. It can't be edited by a seller and doesn't rely on paperwork surviving.
