These terms govern your use of Buildsheet Pro and your purchase of our reports. By using this site or placing an order you agree to them — please read them before you buy.
Buildsheet Pro is a trading name of Ascend Brands Ltd (“we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15478064. Our registered office is Martland Mill, Mart Lane, Burscough, Lancashire, England, L40 0SD. Our VAT number is GB506479869. We provide factory vehicle specification reports compiled from official manufacturer build records. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any vehicle manufacturer. All trademarks and brand names belong to their respective owners.
When you order a report, we retrieve the factory build record held against your vehicle’s VIN and deliver it to you as a PDF by email. A free preview lookup confirms whether your vehicle is supported before you pay; we do not charge for unsupported vehicles.
The optional Service History PDF add-on is available for selected manufacturers and UK & European market vehicles only, as indicated at the time of ordering.
Our software retrieves vehicle data through commercial automotive-data API providers and transforms the returned record into a vehicle-specific PDF with our own report structure, validation, formatting and delivery workflow. We do not provide raw database access. Underlying vehicle records, manufacturer names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners, and their inclusion does not imply manufacturer affiliation or endorsement.
Reports are one-off purchases with no subscription. Prices are shown at checkout in GBP, USD or EUR. Paddle is the Merchant of Record and authorised reseller for your purchase, and securely handles checkout, payment, applicable tax, invoicing and buyer support. We never see or store your card details. Guest checkout is available — an account is optional. Your purchase is also subject to the buyer terms presented by Paddle at checkout.
Reports are normally delivered by email within minutes of payment. Occasionally a Service History record can take longer to compile; it is emailed automatically as soon as it is ready. If an email does not arrive, check your spam folder and then contact us.
If we cannot produce the factory report after payment, a full refund is issued automatically. If the factory report is delivered but a purchased Service History add-on cannot be produced, the add-on price is refunded. If a delivered report is defective or materially different from what was ordered, contact us so we can investigate and, where appropriate, correct, replace or refund it. See our Refund Policy and Paddle’s Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
Report contents are reproduced from manufacturer records as retrieved at the time of your order. While these records are generally authoritative, we cannot guarantee they are complete or error-free, and a report is not proof of a vehicle’s current condition, mileage or ownership. Reports are provided for information only and should not be your sole basis for a purchase decision.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You may use reports for personal or internal business purposes. You may not resell, republish or systematically extract our reports or data, or use the service to build a competing product. You confirm you have a legitimate interest in any vehicle you look up.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
